Concent for the collection and use of private information(Required)
■ Provided Information
The company may collect private information for the purpose of membership registration, consultation, service request, and etc.
◇ Provided information : name, contact number(Cell phone), email, title, contents, and cookie
◇ Method of collecting private information : Webpage (inquiry request)
■ Purpose and Use of Personal Information
The company may use the collected personal information for the purpose as below:
◇ Implementation of service provision contract and charging a relevant service fee Provision of contents and response to inquiries and claims
■ Duration of Possession and Usage
The company immediately destroys the personal information upon the purpose of collecting and use of the information is achieved. In cases where the personal information has to be stored in accordance with the applicable laws, however, the company may possess the information for a certain period in accordance with the laws and regulations below:
- Possessed Information : name, login ID, a record of payment, order information, and delivery information
- Reason : to avoid any confusion of service usage
- Duration : 5 years. The company may possess the information of membership for a certain period in case of necessity in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. In this case, the company must use the possessed information for the purposes and duration mentioned below only:
- Record relevant to contract and subscription withdrawal : 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)
- Record relevant to payment and supply of goods : 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)
- Record relevant to customer's claims or dispute : 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)
- Record relevant to credit information's collecting, processing, and usage : 3 years (Credit Information Use and Protection Act)
